You are posting to the user forum for income tax questions. If you have to dispute a credit card charge, call the credit card company. Their number is probably on the back of the card. Or google it. Or find it on your credit card statement.
What did you buy ? Did you upgrade in the online program ? Or did you start a second account ?
I did my Federal and State taxes and tried to send via E File to Feds and State. I purchased the option to save my information or intuit prepared taxes for next year for $20.00.
I received an email from both Federal and State. Taxes for both Federal and State were rejected.
I want to start over and re submit my taxes. I want the $20.00 refunded to me because I want to start out fresh. That is unless the $20.00 is connected to the taxes I redo.

I thought I was sending an email to an accounts clerk and now the world is seeing what I wrote. This intuit Turbotax is a God Awful Company. How the hell can I remove this post?
I ended up filing my taxes with someone else yet I was still charged the $73 for filing with turbotax. How do i dispute this? I have proof that i was charged and also that I filed with a different company.
The online fee is for the USE of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you mail it in. Payment of the online fees are not refundable one paid. The program was free up to the point you wanted to see the entire return with all the worksheets ...sort of like going to the grocery store ... everything is free to look at but if you open a bag of chips you have to pay for them.
The fact that you used a different service is immaterial to the standing rule that the online fees once paid are non refundable.
