I bought a CD at Costco. My new computer didn't have a CD player, so I started my return on the TurboTax website. The return has a great deal of information. Is there a way to transfer imput from the website to the CD return? Don't want to pay TurboTax twice.

Did you manage to download the desktop software to your computer? You can switch the online return you have been working on to the desktop software.
I purchased my turbotax CD at Costco and downloaded it to my MacBook Pro however my computer software does not support CD and I have updated it as much as I can, what other options do I have?

Installing TurboTax without a CD
I bought the software for the Business addition of Turbo Tax 2019. I bought a new computer which no longer has the CD Rom Drive so I cannot download the program. I need this to do some back taxes and revisions. I have the Key Code for the software. Is there a way to download that software to my computer and then use the Key Code to unlock it??

You will have to contact TurboTax support for this issue so they can push a 2019 desktop edition to your download account.

If you have access to another computer then you could get the installation file off the CD and transfer that to the new computer for installation ... use a thumb drive.
