Your date of birth can be edited by you on the tax return by clicking on Personal Info.  On your name click on edit.  Continue through this section until completed.

I made the Error in 2016 And I Have Changed it As you RecommendOn My 2017 Tax But I still Get An Error. It seems to be  picking the Old 2016 amount And telling me that i have an error
