You are posting from online TurboTax. That license is not for online software. It is only for the CD/download software. Did you purchase desktop software and use the wrong program by mistake? You can switch your data to the right desktop software:

EDIT----I may have mis-read your post---were you talking about entering your driver's license? I may have misunderstood since I have been seeing so many users with the "license" for desktop software try to use it for online software. So sorry.
