If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2019 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2019 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.
Or—-if you filed as a “non-filer” just to get the stimulus check on a 2019 return, try using $1 as the AGI.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
Putting in 0 didnt work either. Should I just redo the entire return? I don’t know how to go back and say I don’t have the 2019 return.
Unfortunately it didn’t work. I may need my 2019 taxes fixed.

Three is nothing to fix on the 2019 tax return. The IRS database cannot be changed so the AGI and your name plus Social Security number do not match in their database. You will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to print a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
I still never received my refund from 2019 though, so I’m thinking something was messed up with the filing. I sent everything by mail, so I’m hesitant to send 2020 taxes by mail.

The IRS is still processing millions of 2019 paper tax returns from last year so yours is probably one of them.
If you use a tracking service from the US post office when mailing the 2020 tax return you will know that it was received by the IRS.
