I just pay the turbo tax business 2018 after I submit the payment it stop working .

Your message shows that you are using the TurboTax Deluxe online edition, not the 2018 Business edition.

What is the actual TurboTax edition you are using, online web based edition or desktop CD/Download edition installed on your personal computer?
