Please see the below steps for creating a TurboTax desktop icon in Windows 10:

1. Click the Windows key, and then browse to the TurboTax file on your hard disk for which you want to create a shortcut.

2. Left-click the name of the program, and drag it onto your desktop.

3. A shortcut for the program appears on your desktop.
