Strange, it looks like my question didn't post. Here it is:

I have Turbotax Home & Business on OSX. I can't find form T-7202, paid self-employment sick leave. Any idea where I may find it and complete it? Thank. you.

I am using Premier so this may not be the same on your Home & Business edition, but see if it is here -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business)

Click on Deductions & Credits

Click on I'll choose what I work on

Scroll down -

Under Tax relief related to COVID-19

On Self-employed sick leave credit, click the start button

I found it on my H&B.  It's under Personal -> Deductions
