Careful----you are posting from online Deluxe. You need to use your CD/download by opening the program from your own hard drive---you do not "log in."
You appear to be posting from online software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for. If you are using online, you are using the wrong program. You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for. You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.
Or do you want to move her online return to your Desktop program? That you can do.
How did you do your return? Are you on Windows or Mac? Did you install the program ok?
If you accidentally used the online version instead of the Desktop program installed on your computer you can move your return from online into the Desktop program and file from the program.
When you filled out your return did you go online and log in? The Online version has a black column on the left side with the menu items, Federal, State, File etc.
In the CD/Download Desktop program the menu items go across the top, Federal, State, Review, File.
The Windows Desktop program has a blue menu line across the top and the menu items like Federal, State, Review, File go across instead of down the side.
Assuming she has an online return and you installed the Desktop program.
First download her tax file from the Online version as a .tax2021 file
Then just open it in your program. Go up to File-Open. Is she in the same state as you? See How to Switch to Desktop,
