I have my license code but there is no where to enter it as i already have an account - what do i do?

License codes are for TurboTax CD/Download. Your question shows you are using TurboTax Deluxe Online.

If you purchased a download, you can install that on a computer and trasnfer everything you’ve done so far in TurboTax Online.
