I have filed my two state returns and federal return. How come it keeps saying one of my state filings is still in progress?

My federal and one state was accepted.

The other state has not yet accepted your return. Wait for the email that tells you when/if the state accepted it.

And...what state? Some state forms are not yet ready....maybe the second state cannot be e-filed yet.
