I have Advantage with Premier Desktop. I definitely do not want to use Online. Can I add a TurboTaxLive services to Premier Desktop?

Sorry no.  If you buy the Desktop CD/Download program it doesn’t have access to the Live CPA support.  Only the Online versions have Live support.  See the Note at the bottom of this

I assume you are referring to "Note: TurboTax Live is available for TurboTax Online customers only. TurboTax Live is not available in the TurboTax CD/Download software."  I found that half way down the page you provided.
