I have additional federal tax withholdings from my paycheck every two weeks in 2022. I don't see that additional payment I made on my W2. Do I manually add that amount?

The FIT is only the amount my employer takes out but doesn't include the extra withholding.

Ask your employer.  It should be include with the regular withholding in box 2.  All your federal withholding is a single amount in box 2.  It isn't broken out.

Box 2 of the W-2 should include all federal income tax payment made in 2022.  If you have reason to believe the amount in box 2 is incorrect then you need to contact your employer.  It would be their responsibility to provide a corrected W-2 if the additional tax payments were not included in the original W-2.
