To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Do I need to print out my 2018 TurboTax that I did and mail it personally
@MaryZ03 You are posting all over the place--it is confusing. Keep your questions together. If you recently prepared a 2018 return, the ONLY way to file it is to print it, sign it and mail it. But, you have another post in another thread that sounds like you are not even sure what year you prepared a tax return for. Please see what you did before you attempt to file anything at this point. If you used the online software in December 2019 to prepare a 2018 return, then you CANNOT file that--it is all wrong.
