I have a 2019 disk ot TT that I need to install on a computer without disk drive. Can I avoid having to buy a disk drive that will only be used this one time?

This disk was installed on a different computer that crashed.  The replacement does not have a disk drive.

Call the helpdesk and ask if they can push a download to your account.

If you have a computer with a CD drive or know someone, you can copy the CD contents to a usb flash drive.  I'm not sure how that works.

Copy the installation file from the CD to a thumb drive to move it to the other computer where it must moved to the hard drive ... it will not install from the thumb drive.  

And FYI ... disk drives are really cheap so picking one up would be a good idea for other things.
