I have 1095-A and 1095 C. How can I reduce amount I owe on Taxes?

I started employer health insurance in Feb 2023 (1095-C) and did not cancel Marketplace insurance at that time, oops! Now my federal refund is reduced by 1800. Is there anything I can do to reconcile?

Oh no.   You made a mistake by not informing heathcare.gov that your circumstances changed.  You continued to receive healthcare premiums from the government program that was paying part of your monthly amount due to the insurance company.  It was your responsibility to inform them of any change.   You can call them, but you are very likely just stuck with this.

No. There's nothing you can do to reduce the amount of Advance Premium tax credit that you have to repay.

You aren't allowed to have a Marketplace health policy while you are covered by your employers' policy and now have to repay all the advance premium tax credit you received from February on.
