This has nothing to do with what people are talking about. They are talking about the refund advance through TurboTax/credit karma, it has nothing to do with the actual return being accepted. It’s a system error…

This wouldn’t work for me. I kept getting the same error retrieving your personal information. It’s so annoying. I will not use turbo tax again…

You need to unlink your account on credit karma. Then change the Email on TurboTax to the email that you use for credit karma. Then you need to add turbo tax to credit karma again. The issue is that your emails don’t match.

How do you link your account to begin with? Im getting the same message when I go to create a spend account for the refund advance. It says there's a issue with my personal issue

So, what resolution is there for those of us that filed like on the 20th? Because I am one.  I had the same issues as other users though. The we have encountered an error it seems your information has changed. Go back and do it again. The only way out of it was to accept option number 1.  I knew as soon as I was doing it, that it would screw up my advance. There has to be an easier way. This is a poor design in the software.  i am not pleased and I have been a repeat TT customer for around 10 years.

I'm dealing with the same exact issue....word for word. This is unbelievable! Then I got a email from ck basically sorry. We can't fix it. What are we supposed to do

Not only that but I was going to go to h n r block last night and couldn't even tho I haven't yet filed my return. So now I'm just stuck?

Has not helped.. tried even changing my email address to a different for both accounts and nothing. Got RA no problem last year. Also getting a forms not ready error despite it saying the forms are available today. So annoying

I'm filing through turbotax and trying to use what credit karma has but i get an error message that says 

"We have problems verifying your personal info

Sorry for any inconvenience. We were unable to verify your info. The Credit Karma member must be the same person as the primary taxpayer applying for Refund Advance." All my info is the same. name, number, email address that I use to log into both accts of turbo and credit karma.  credit karma had me upload my ID front and back and some kind of proof of address, than i used the scan option on my iphone to scan them and email them to myself, they said to redo it cause you cant see all 4  corner of the ID and that my was bent in the photo yet ALL the information is there in black and white. They are such a hassle. I have used turbo tax for 4 years and contatly on and off credit karama. I dont see what the issue is with them not being able to verify me.

This is a new tax year but was looking up this same issue and found this. Is there some technical issues going on right now? And if so any idea when it will get fixed? Thanks
