You need to go back and edit that W-2 form, and look carefully at the numbers in boxes 3 and 4....5 and 6.
Missed decimal points...double entered numbers could be there...and, transposed numbers are particularly hard to spot. (54,231 vs 54,321).
Don't put in any commas yourself...let the software do it.
