I am hitting this as well. Tried deleting the cache/cookies, and used several different browsers and devices. Still not having any success editing this. As this is the only item needed to file, it's a bit disappointing that there is hardly any information about this issue as it seems to be pretty prevalent.

Have you had any luck with this? They won't even let me talk to a person without upgrading versions, which is ridiculous, since it is not a tax question but a system glitch created by TurboTax.

Nope, not yet. Tried 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE.) 2 different PCs, my cell phone, and all cookies and cache deleted. All I'm missing is the partridge in a pear tree.

Got a hold of their support today. Talked to Princess, (super helpful btw)  but you may not like the solution.

The solution ended up being that we had to delete the tax return and start over. By clicking Tax Tools/Tools options on the left side of the screen, then scroll down to Start Over, and re enter everything. When I did that, everything worked fine.  The theory is that from the time I created Schedule E to when I went to file, TurboTax changed the form so that my version was no longer compatible. Starting over was the only fix for me. Though I was still able to import everything like I did previously.
