If you used the TurboTax Easy Extension website to e-file the extension request you would have received an e-mail from TurboTax when the IRS either Accepted or Rejected the e-filed request.
Look in your e-mail account. It may be in the Spam or Junk Mail folder.
I received an email that i didn't file an extension too but i did what is going on i logged into my account and can't find a copy of the fed and state extensions.

As stated in the original answer -

If you received an email from TurboTax that the e-fie of the extension request was Accepted, then ignore the message it was not filed.
