I filed my taxes and paid with my Paypal account, why do I need to pay again?

I finished my taxes and attempted to file , I was taken to Paypal sight and paid now it is telling me to pay again. why?

Happened to me two times and I basically quit turbotax after that.. try using freetaxusa.com, it's a completely free product end-to-end for all types of tax situations, simple to complext.
