If you used the TurboTax online editions in 2022 only the 2021 tax return can be e-filed and therefore either Accepted or Rejected by the IRS.

You cannot file multiple tax years using the TurboTax online editions.  So whichever tax return you thought you filed using the online editions it will only be for tax year 2021 regardless of the tax data you entered on the return, 2020 or 2021.

If the 2020 tax return you filed in April 2021 was Accepted by the IRS then you need to contact the IRS for the status of the tax refund.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

You can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
Or you may want to contact a Taxpayer Advocate in your area. See this IRS website for Taxpayer Advocate in your area and a toll free number - http://www.irs.gov/Advocate/Local-Taxpayer-Advocate

How did you file 2020 this year?  Did you print and mail the one you did back in 2021?  Or did you do it again in the Online version?   Online is only good for 2021 now.   Does it say Accepted for 2020 or for 2021?

If you efiled 2020 this year in the Online version it thinks it was your 2021 return.   If it was Accepted (now in 2022) you need to amend it and change it to be for your real 2021 return. You will have to start the Amended return with the original return that was filed. How to amend 2021

You have to file each year separately.  You didn't enter both 2020 & 2021 into the same online return, did you?
