I filed for an extension for 2020 and forgot about it until filing for 2021. How do I open the return I started online to finish it and file?

A 2020 tax return can no longer be e-filed, it has to be printed and mailed.

You will need to contact TurboTax support and see if they will push a 2020 desktop edition to your download account at no charge since you have paid for the 2020 online edition.
