No it is not on your W2. You have to enter it separately from the 1099G. Did you get a 1099G yet? Some states don't send it and you have to log into the state website to get it.
You can type unemployment into the search box at the top of your return and hit find. It should give you a Jump To link to take you right to it.
OR
Enter a 1099G for unemployment under
Federal on left
Wages & Income at top
Unemployment - Click the Start Button
Also, note that there may not have been any Federal withholding on those payments. You'll need the official 1099G to make sure.
