You can not deactivate or remove your TurboTax account. However, if you wish to abandon your TurboTax Account then you can delete all your data using the Clear & Start Over function.

I'm in a similar situation and received an email notification stating "You're using a new TurboTax account this year."
I recall using the same username for the old account and have not found a way to access it.
Is there a way to enumerate all my accounts or at least find the username for the old account?
I need this information to exercise my 2023 tax return audit protection.
