TurboTax does not have that information on file. You can review prior year returns under Documents for this information. TurboTax will transfer information from the prior year returns if you are using the same account. 

If you cannot access your prior-year information, you need to Contact the Social Security Administration at www.ssa.gov

@FlotaVal TurboTax does not have a way to get your child's SSN. for you.  If you claimed him on a past tax return, it will be on your tax return.  Look at your past returns for it.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.
