I can't find Box d on my W2

You do not need to enter anything in box D of the W-2, leave it blank.

If the TurboTax program is asking you to enter a number in box D then you need to delete the W-2 and re-enter the W-2 manually. The Control Number in Box D of the W-2 is not required to file your tax return.
