If the box d Control number is keeping you from filing, just enter any 5 digit number or make the field blank - it does not matter to the IRS what is in this field. Do this on the W-2 itself, not in the Review. Please see the explanation at this TurboTax FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4417180
