Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.
It appears that now that I'm away from getting this done free, IN ONE HOUR, this site continues to tell me ERROR! REALLY! Low blow folks! Turned me off from every using you again!!!
The posted solution doesn't work. I've tried both Firefox and Chrome, clearing everything, and gone around the circle multiple times. But apparently you also can't get direct support when you're using the free version of TurboTax so there is literally no solution to this problem. Guess I'll have to look for another tax program instead...
