I had the same problem, and it looks like a lot others have too...
I went back to my profile and edited my name information at the very beginning. It was correct but I did it anyway. I deleted my name and then entered it again, then saved it. When I went back to the e-file confirmation page, it finally worked and I could e-file.
It doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with your filing, just a bug with the software.
