If you are using a TurboTax LIVE product, you can connect with a TurboTax credentialed tax expert as follows::
- Select the floating Live Help button on your TurboTax screen.
- Select Connect with live help at the top of the chat window.
- Enter your tax question or tax topic area and select Continue.
- Select your preferred method for connecting with a tax expert.
