O/S:  PC Windows 11

REQUEST FOR ACTION:

[A] Please provide a workaround that I can use immediately

[B] Please also give me today an estimate of date for bug fix

CONTEXT:  TurboTax 2024 has been working well until now. It completed the "Wages & Income" section just fine.

ERROR STEPS: Then having worked through portions of the "Deductions & Credit" section, TurboTax 2024 falls over itself when in the subsection entitled

  • "Cars & Other THings You Own",
  • Selected & Completed the "Car Registration & Fees" sub-subsection
  • Selected the sub-subsection entitled "Personal Property Taxes" & BAM!, I get the ERROR WINDOW:
  • ERROR WINDOW: "Hmm looks like we have hit a snag". "We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your account info's correct".
  • So I try the alternate approach through "VISIT ALL" for "Cars & Other THings You Own" which takes me through the "Car Registration & Fees" sub-subsection successfully. BUT it fails when it tries to proceed into "Personal Property Taxes".  Same error window.
