How to file an extension through turbo tax

WAYYYYYY too early to file an extension ... they will not be functional until March sometime.  If you need to file one now then you can mail in a paper form or check the IRS site here :  https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/extension-of-time-to-file-your-tax-return

Check your state for their requirements.

The form to request an extension usually becomes available sometime in March.  If you need to request an extension sooner....for some reason....you could get the form from the IRS site and mail it in

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4868.pdf

An extension does not give you extra time to pay your tax due.  It only gives you extra time to prepare your Form 1040.  You have to pay your estimated tax due by April 18, 2023.
