How should my common law spouse and I declare our factual residency, for our 2024 tax filing? 181 days/winter in my AZ home since 2017 and her since 2019.

and bigger fish to fry; can-will I, eventually ever be able to claim my AZ home as my principal residence in CRA's view? Due to co-habitational agreements I have not had a principal residence titled in my name in anyway in Canada, nor had any legal right/claim to same as my spouse has also forgone any legal claim to my USA home, as well (what is mine is mine and what is hers is hers for everything other than spousal survivor rights, since 2017 when I sold the last titled residential property I owned in BC - ? We are ALWAYS in the USA on Dec. 31 each year - including 173 days during C-19 era.
