I thought I was the only one with this issue. I even tried to get a tax transcript from the IRS website but they changed the identification process so you have to enter credit card or mortgage loan info, which I have neither of. I'm frustrated atp.
If you need to, you can also contact the IRS by following the instructions here @RoseHughes07.
I called customer service today with this same question - and was told I only had 2 attempts at submitting. I don't believe the "expert" knew what she was talking about. Still unresolved. Prior year AGI is correct according to IRS transcript, but submission is not being accepted. There needs to be a system in place to correct this - ridiculous.
Is the the 2019 or 2020 return
You can find your AGI on your last year's tax return paperwork
I have received these codes and I don't know how to fix it: S3-F1040-020 and S3-1040-008-01. Is there anybody that can help me? Thanks in advance.

Does an irs return rejection mean irs has not received it yet
Yes, if your return is Rejected, that means it has been sent back to you to make corrections and to resubmit back to the IRS. Please see the Help Article here to assist you with correcting and resubmitting your return.
Hi! I'm currently having the exact same problem as you, and neither the IRS or TurboTax is giving me an answer. How did u solve this problem back then? It would be a lot of help to have your answer, thank you.
