How do you report 19 cents of interest earning from a bank account?

Since interest earning is only 19 cents, the bank is not going to issue a 1099-INT.  IRS rounds up and rounds down all numbers, and so does my tax program so it rounds down 19 cents to 0 dollar.   Should I still enter the bank name such as ABC bank in the "Interest paid by" textbox, and enter 0 in the Box 1 Interest income, and report it that way?

You don't report it. Don't enter anything at all.
