How do you get to Form 1095-A to complete it? The Search directions are not clear

You receive the Form 1095-A if you had health care coverage through one of the State Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov.  If you did not receive this coverage from these entities then you answer the question as NO you did not receive a Form 1095-A.

If you did receive coverage from these entities then go to this website for your Form 1095-A - https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/

To enter your Form 1095-A -

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Medical
• On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click the start or update button

Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
