My online TurboTax is not letting me enter my 2021 RMD income. It just asks if I've taken my RMD - but does not go any further. I need to enter both the income and the Qualified Charitable Distribution amounts.

You already entered those amounts for the RMD when you entered the Box 1 amount off your 1099-R. You will be asked about your QCD when you click the box, "I transferred all or part of this money to charity.
Turbo Tax is not providing me opportunity to enter the RMD amounts in a 1099-R. In 2019 it worked perfectly. Now the program is not opening up a 1099-R. It only asks if I took out all my RMD. When I answer yes it moves on to another topic.
You do not need to answer any more questions if you took out all your required minimum distribution.
If you said No, then TurboTax would ask more questions.
As super Tax Expert @ColleenD3 showed you, checking I transferred all or part of this money directly to charity will allow you to enter an amount for a qualified charitable distribution.
A bigger question, since it isn't clear form what you've posted. Have you actually entered the 1099-R yet.
The QCD question isn't asked unless you have checked the box in the main form indicating that the distribution it is from a SEP/SIMPLE/IRA plan.
IF you've entered the 1099-R already, go back and EDIT it again, just to make sure all the boxes are checked and entered correctly. The RMD question is asked after the main form...and you have to say YES to that before the QCD question comes up. A QCD is still an RMD first...and then after that you indicate what part was a QCD, ( because some folks only use part of their RMD as a QCD.)
Sorry - but I think you are absolutely wrong - I believe the IRS needs to know how much income you made with your RMD. Otherwise how would they know how to tax it?
The advice that @SteamTrain gave is exactly right.
1) Enter the 1099-R. Box 1 gives you the RMD.
2) Click the box that tells the IRS that all of the amount is the RMD.
3) Make sure the IRA box is checked.
4) As noted in my initial response, mark the box indicating this is a QCD. You must be age 72 or older and this must be from an IRA.
