How do you change your username?

@TahoniAF Are you referring to your User ID and Password for your TurboTax account or are you referring the User ID and Password for this forum?  These do not have to be the same.

To clarify, are you having trouble logging in to your TurboTax account to update your information?

May we get some additional clarifying information. 

What exact information are you trying to change?  Is this your User ID via Intuit, your user ID on this forum, or do you mean your login with TurboTax software? Please respond here in the thread and someone will reach out here as well with the next steps.  

Additionally, please reference the additional information @EbonyL122824 provided above as that might provide some assistance as well.

I did respond to above replies, the info linked above does not do what it says it does. Intuit user ID IS what I want to change. I have relayed all of this in earlier responses but thank you for asking for clarification.

Please login here and click Sign In and Security and you should be able to change your Intuit User ID from there.  If that doesn't help, please comment back here and we will be glad to assist you further.

Now too many attempts have been made and I'm locked out of my account. I know password and current username and it doesnt let me change it.
