Yeah @spritegf
I spent my entire evening yesterday screen sharing with Intuit support. They were also unable to access IDnotify after hours of trying through my TurboTax account, and finally told me Tech had just told them that this is a known issue affecting many people, and for which a solution does not currently exist (as representatives have admitted on the phone to numerous other people posting on this forum).
The representative (who was very kind) emailed me a link to a post that Tech sent to them outlining the issue and how to sign up for updates, only for us to both discover the post had recently been deleted with no explanation.
The amount of gaslighting going on here is mind-boggling. You’d think instead of sending us around in circles with the same instructions that clearly don’t work, they could just admit that there’s a problem.
Maybe legal is involved at this point and is trying keep anyone from confirming the fact a large number of people cannot (and perhaps have never been able to) access a service that was advertised as part of the Turbo Tax Max/Premium product?
Here is a FAQ: How do I sign in to IDnotify?
ID Notify phone number - 888-883-1852/ Email Address - idnotifymemberservices@experian.com

Hi Catina,
I am experiencing the exact same issue, and unfortunately, none of your answers address the problem.
None of us have IDnotify login credentials. The monthly IDnotify emails I have been getting as a Max customer for three years all direct us to sign in on TurboTax. But there is no option to access IDnotify on our TurboTax dashboards. There is no reference to "Home" or "Max" on my dashboard or anywhere in the filing process that we can find.
There should be a link in the ID Notify emails to Sign In to your account.
If you're using TurboTax Online, look in the let-side menu and click on Tax Home.
Here's more info on How to Sign In to IdNotify.
I've got the same issue. I can get to "Tax Home" - I'd like to see a screenshot that highlights where the Max/Premium idnotify info is located. - My screen looks exactly like the screenshot.
There is no Home link, and no way to access Turbotax MAX or Identify. This has been going on for at least weeks.
Here’s the screen that appears when you log into TurboTax. There’s no way to cancel this screen or back out. The website jumps into this immediately after login.

Has anyone filed legal action yet? I've read through this thread, and everyone has told my story exactly, right down to the pitiful response from Intuit about many people being affected, etc. If anyone has taken steps to file a formal legal or consumer complaint, please reach out and let others know. This company is clearly giving us the runaround with no intentions of resolving this issue. I am going to contact IDNotify directly and see what information they can offer. If I learn anything of substance, I'll share it here. Thank you.
IdNotify is a third-party product, offered through Experian. TurboTax has bundled this add-on If you have signed up for MAX benefits through TurboTax Online this year.
If you have signed up for MAX benefits this year, you'll see a link under Tax Home in the left-side menu of TurboTax Online to access your MAX benefits.
You'll also get an email from IdNotify to create an account with Sign In credentials. That way, you can access IdNotify outside of TurboTax as well.
Here's How to Sign Up for Max Benefits:
Here's more info on IdNotify.
So many non-relevant answers from Intuite representatives.
Please provide an easiest way to access Idnotify account you sold to your customers.
Please remove any new terms and other agreements from the sign in page
Thank you
I have exactly the same problem as others in the thread. In the "Tax Home" link on the left hand side, there is nothing for "Max Benefits". I cannot find any information on how to activate my IDNotify account.
Please call TurboTax Customer service. Here is a link: Turbo Tax Customer Service
Thank you, Catina, for your reply.
I called customer service and canceled my subscription.
