How do I stop automatic renewal of the product?

That page says to hit the listed link and sign in, I do, but there is no Cancel Subscription, nor is there a Turbotax Advantage link in the right hand panel.  I guess I have to delete the entire account, rather than keep it for future use, but not auto-order the program?

Do not bother clicking this link.  It does not work.  I cannot find any solution on-line to cancel automatic renewal.

That link is over 5 years old.   

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.

If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.

If you still got charged after you cancelled you might have another account.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

I've received an email about renewal of  my TT Windows 10 for $70.

I do not want to go to Windows 11.

Please cancel my TT renewal and put me down for TT Online.
