If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
I can find no reference to my original ( which is filed, accepted, and refund sent,I presume,) so I have filled out an amended return. My problem is I can NOT get it printed. It goes to view, and seems to load to printer, but my printer will not come on. It's a fine printer and has never rejected an input before. This problem is what caused the loss of first return.
