I understand that completely and I am 100% on-board with it. At this point, I'm unsure whether the mistake was on my part or TurboTax's. I'm guessing, though, that the resolution of that question is not something that happens in a user forum. As grateful as I am for whatever help I can get from other users, I feel I need to be talking to the right folks at Intuit. My question is, "Who are the right folks, and how do I contact them to initiate the process?". If this is the wrong perspective, I welcome any feedback from the user community that can get me on the right path. Thanks!
Before submitting a claim under the 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee you should speak with a TurboTax agent at the Audit Support Center who can help you with understanding the IRS letter you received.

What was the error?
If you received a letter from the IRS be aware that they often use the term "calculation error" generically to refer to many kinds of errors which often include user errors in data entry. That's why we are asking what error you had.
