You have to report it.  Did you get a 1099B?  Or the IRS will send you a letter and bill.

If you have a capital gain or loss you have to report it.

No, for this year, Robinhood didn’t send me a 1099B

You can try deleting the Form 1099-B that is in your tax return from last year. Follow these instructions:

 

  1. Click on Tax Tools in the left menu bar
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Look under Other Helpful Links and choose Delete a form

 

Find the Form 1099-B  in the list and click on the delete icon to remove it.
