You may need to uninstall the program and then go back to Amazon for a new download. Or for a refund and then purchase the download from TurboTax directly. If you used one of the Amazon third party providers for the software download, that may be the problem. If purchased through Amazon Digital Services, LLC it should be OK.

Thanks for the speedy reply. No matter how I try to remove the program, it will not remove. it will get about half way through the uninstall program and just sit there. If I try doing it through windows using the add/remove part, it just sits there half way. If I try uninstalling it through the actual program itself, the same thing happens. Amazon is telling me that they do not refund/exchange digital orders. I see what happens when I try to save money....lol
