Your tax ID number is your Social Security number. Or if you are not eligible for a Social Security number it is the ITIN that was issued to you by the IRS.
Do you mean that you obtained an EIN from the IRS at a time when you did work as an independent contractor and did not want to provide your Social Security number to someone else? If that is what you mean -- look through your old tax returns for the ID number on the worksheets that pertain to any work you did as an independent contractor.
You have to access your own account and print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

TurboTax has a lot of places that might ask for a Tax ID. Folks in the forum who may be able to help won't know what form you are trying to enter, and won't know what to suggest unless they know where you are in your tax preparation and what specific topic you are trying to enter.
Where are you encountering that roadblock?
Also, are you referring to a Federal return or a state return. If a state return, what state?
