I need to speak with someone who can fix the overcharge that I have paid already. the Tax Experts that I speak with can only offer me a discount code for something I already paid for. I need someone who can process a refund. A very long story of issues with double counting nonqualified pension plan income on my state return. The Expert fix was to upgrade to Live Advice, which I did, and the Expert put in a refund request for me that was denied so I now have paid more than the cost of the live advice level of service. How does someone speak with a TurboTax employee who can help with this type of issue.

I want to file a complaint myself. I had a TT rep who was horrible!!! Had to eventually hang up on her. She was giving me false information and actually wanted me to pay her $150 to refigure/recompute an RMD.
It was not even anything that needed addressing .
I guess TT doesn’t give clients an opportunity to provide feedback other than asking if you would recommend TT. I actually think the software is great! Just don’t ask any questions (Im sure there are some knowledgeable TT reps but it’s not worth the gamble of being misled by a bad one)
