we bought CD/Download at sams. it would not download on our computer due to Windows 7. My partner did his taxes on his ipad. when he went to file it wants to charge us and no way to enter our license number. So I think we need to delete his taxes from our account and start over with a new download. Please advise.

Sorry you can't apply the Desktop CD/Download program purchase to the Online version. They are separate prices and work different. Did he file and pay from Online? If not he can move his return to the Desktop program. I can tell you how.

You should be able to install the program on Windows 7. What problem did you have? Here are some links
