How can I download my turbotaxd deluxe purchased at sams? once I log in into my turbotax account I don't get the option to enter the licence code. what do I do?

You will have to go the Sam's website to download the 2019 TurboTax software you purchased.  The software is to be installed on your personal computer.  The license code is used after you install the TurboTax software on your computer.

You co NOT use the TurboTax online editions.   The TurboTax online editions and the desktop CD/Download editions are separate programs with separate price points.  The online editions do not require a license code.

My last year with Turbotax.

Bought the software CD at Sams, My new smaller laptop doesn't have a disc .player so need to do the download option.  But their download instructions with CD don't work.  After a lot of time spent, now told that I must go to SAM's website to register my software, then can download or something similar from Turbotax.  My frustration level is very high now and I haven't even started doing taxes, this is just to get the software loaded.  You would think that as big as Turbotax and SAM's are, they would have fixed this long time ago, worked through it so little guys like me don't struggle unnecessarily.  Evidently turbotax really doesn't care.  Sheesh.  Hope this route works.  Or I'll be back with stronger language for TTax.

You can download the software directly from TurboTax directly onto your new computer.  You will need your log in information.  See the following link for more detailed information.

You may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.
