How do I import my cryptocurrency transactions into TurboTax?
When I select Binance US to connect and import transactions via API, TurboTAX says "Please wait" for ~5-7 minutes then giving me the message that it couldn't import the data. I have tried multiple times, even on different browsers. The only exchange that I was able to connect was KuCoin so far.
Binance is a supported exchange. Please check out the following article to be sure you're importing correctly.

It is a good idea to first clear your cache and cookies - which means removing all of the temporary programs that can gum up your web browser.

yes, I am importing it correctly and I even used different browsers and cleared the cache multiple times. Please escalate this issue to the next level as this seems to be an issue on the back end. You may need to escalate it to the developers.
@mseker66 This issue appears centered on you. Other cryptocurrency users are able to import from Binance at this point.
You are probably better off having someone walk through the return with you to look at your entries so I recommend getting live expert help.

Click on "Enter a different way" then select the Cryptocurrency tile, and finally Import it from the exchange. Good luck and please let me know if it's work for you.
I cant connect my Binance account either. It does the exact same thing to me. I create the keys, enter them in Turbotax and it says Please Wait for about 5 minutes, then it just says it cant connect. This is really irritating.
I too am having this IRRITATING problem that appears to be "centered around" this person.
I'm about ready to go to HRB. I'm looking for instructions on how to download forms from Binance to manually input but I too have tried multiple browsers, multiple days, multiple times. I was able to get coinbase added but definitely not Binance.US despite following the directions. This is infuriatingly annoying.
I figured it out. Go to Cointracker.io and link your Binance account to that. Then choose Cointracker from the drop down menu in TurboTax. It worked great.

I got it to work. Use Cointracker.io. Connect your Binance account to that and then link your Cointracker account in TurboTax. It's in the drop down menu. It's ridiculous that we have to do that but it works and took me less than 30 minutes. TurboTax assistance on this is useless.
It connected the wallet but not any of the buy or sell orders on Binance.us...?
